Hi
I am about to buy the new Iqaudio Pi-DAC+ Pro. Is it supported by Moode Audio? The moode list of supported dacs says only: IQaudIO Pi-DAC PRO. Without the "+" and with no mention whether this applies to the old or the new version or both. The website of Iqaudio emphasizes the distinction between new and old version...
Does anyone know?
Post a product link for this DAC and I'll take a look.
The (German) retailer where I will buy says "NEW Pi-Dac+ Pro": https://shop.max2play.com/de/iqaudio-pi-...o-new.html
On the IQaudiO- Website is says just "NEW Pi-Dac Pro": http://iqaudio.co.uk/hats/47-pi-dac-pro.html

I suppose they are identical, but still not sure whether they are supported...

I have one of the "old" Pi Dac Pro's & one of the new ones purchased a couple of months ago & both run on MoOde.[/url]

When I went to read the description of the IQaudioIO Pi-DAC Pro on the IQAudio UK site (http://iqaudio.co.uk/hats/47-pi-dac-pro.html) it said the device is out of stock and provides links to three partner suppliers. The link they provide for Max2Play is https://shop.max2play.com/en/iqaudio-pi-...o-new.html. It looks to me as if someone at Max2Play got overly ambitious in creating their description of the Pi-DAC Pro. (Their amps may go to 11.)

In the moOde 6 player I'm looking at just now, the IQaudioIO Pi-DAC Pro is one of the choices in the I2S audio device pulldown menu.

Regards,
Kent
