Player lost USB Audio device: for example: Music playing, after "pshick" sound and silent. In MPV config show only "nothing selected", but in "audio info" show USB audio device.... device x-core
after 3-5 on-off, reboot and e.t.c its will find it, and can play again, may be a hour, may be a day, may be few days...
The symptom "Device type [Nothing selected]" suggests some sort of breakage in your configuration.
Write a fresh moOde 6.5.1 image to a known good SDCard and boot up, then plug in your USB Audio device. The Device type drop down should have two entries.
On-board audio device
USB Audio device
Select USB Audio device and Save.
