Right. Allo Katana and Revolution DAC, and Audiophonics ES9028/9038 DAC provide access to ESS low distortion volume controller which implements volume control for DSD.
Hi everyone,

First time user here; what a great community it is!

I've been attempting to set up an SMB and NFS share to connect Moode to my Synology NAS. Both methods result in a green tick on the music source, however the main page only lists the radio stations (no folder or album view).

There are no errors in the system log, the following message appears:
20200702 234009 worker: -- Music sources
20200702 234009 worker: USB sources (none attached)
20200702 234010 worker: NAS and UPnP sources (mountall initiated)

I've followed a bunch of guides in this forum to ensure I've covered all the permissions on the NAS side. I've also checked the MPD logs (verbose) and don't see any glaring error messages.

Is there anything else I can do or provide here to gain some advice? Smile

Thank you,
Dan.
From the moOde 6.5.2 Library Config screen

@nowallet

After you created the Music source and got the green check did you update the library as stated under the create button?

Thanks for your reply! Yes, I stayed on the Library config screen until the spinner stopped spinning and then always click "Update Library" for every change I make. I've given extra time for each of these steps to take effect. I've tried to restart the Pi and deleted each share and started again many times. The status check on the config page also shows that I have 600+ albums processed. I've spent days trying all the stuff I know to make it work. I even thought there might be a browser issue as all I see is the radio stations on the left side of the main page and no reference at all to folders or albums.

Besides the MPD and System logs, are there any other logs that are useful?
The status check is for the thumbnail generator not the MPD database.

Reboot, then Menu, Update library then post the full Moode log.

cat /var/log/moode.log

Thanks, Tim. P.S: I reduced the library to 3 albums yesterday to ensure the library regen is quicker.
Tim and Kent, I'm very sorry to waste your time. I just clicked somewhere I did not think to click on and have revealed the library screen. I profusely apologise - i can see the library now. I really should get some sleep :|

Thank you for your help.

For anyone else that's watching and has had similar issues - just click on the album/track artwork or title on the main page and it will allow you to browse your library  Tongue Blush
No worries and no waste of our time.

We added some first use cue's for upcoming 6.6.0 :-)

That's awesome! I think those cue's will help people in the future. Great work and looking forward to the new release.
