Works for me on win 11 with latest Edge.

I declined Microsoft's invititation to "use Microsoft recopmmended settings", though.

Does it work in Firefox?

No problems here: W10 Pro using Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Wirefox and Opera (I haven't checked with the new much-lauded BRAVE... yet). I suggest you reset the browser-of-your-choice's settings and try again... or even better, down /install a NEW browser and test...
thanks to you for helping me
it seems to be only a problem with my routeur Technicolor
a reboot has solved
