[PROBLEM] MPD Error starting Moode (ALSA equal)

The symptom suggests something external to moOde software, especially since it's an I2S board which would be directly attached to the Pi 40pin header and thus powered up even before Linux or moOde starts loading.

You might want to try loading moOde 5 RC0 on a new SdCard.

i tried with Moode 5 mounted in new SDcard, tested at work LAN (not at home as usual) with another Rpi and Hifiberry DAC+ (only for video test, no end connected) same issue

I'm able to repro the ALSA error. Its caused by some new MPD / ALSA settings that are exposed in the MPD Config screen namely the ALSA auto-format =  No setting which conflicts with the EQ's and other ALSA virtual devices.

Open MPD Config and set ALSA auto-format to "Yes" and see if that resolves the issue.
