Try the command "aplay -l". It should produce output identical to below for a Boss DAC.

I tried "aplay -l" and got this back:
device_list:272: no soundcards found...
I don't understand this because in the Config Audio Devices I set I2S Audio Device to Allo Boss DAC. Also, I have used the same components with Volumio with no problems.
