Is it possible to backup current settings (Moode 4.3, with all tweaks) to transfer them later to a new installation?

There are several ways including one Tim and Kent have written about but which i can't find... I'm sure they'll be along soon to fix my ailing memory...
However, depending on your o/s these sites have full sd card image backup details if you want to do a reinstall of your current working system...

Thanks.
I did not mean the whole SD card backup - just Moode settings (with tweaks). Wich I would be able to restore on another Moode installation.
