The log suggests that your image is broken. Try a fresh 6.2.0 image and then monitor the in-place update to 6.2.1 via ssh and the command moodeutl -t to confirm that it completes successfully.
The issues:
1. No ALSA volume when "Hdwr volume controller exists"
2. Wrong Raspbian version. It should be 10.0
3. Wrong ALSA mixer name. The On-board audio device mixer name is PCM
