Hi,

moOde 6.7.0 is available for download at http://moodeaudio.org :-)

This release includes important updates and bug fixes including support for the new, more flexible ALSA card numbering scheme that is part of new RaspiOS / Linux kernel 5.4.y. Also included is a bump to Linux kernel 5.4.51 which contains a number of important bug fixes and improvements.

IN-PLACE UPDATE

An in-place update is also available that upgrades moOde 6.6.0 to release 6.7.0. It typically takes < 5 minutes to install depending on system and network speed. Be sure to backup any custom stations and logos that you have added.

1) After the update completes and the system has been rebooted do the following:

- Open MPD Config
- Select your audio device from the list
- SAVE
- Reboot

2) After the above reboot run Menu, Update library to pick up the Radio Station updates.

NOTES:

1) Monitor progress of the in-place update via SSH using the moodeutl -t command and be sure to backup your system before installing the update.
2) The in-place update does not upgrade Raspbian 10.3 to the new RaspiOS 10.4. This new OS is only included in the ISO image download.

This release is based on RaspiOS Buster Lite 2020-05-27 (10.4) and Linux kernel 5.4.51 build #1325. Refer to the Release Notes for more information.
