Thx for the guide, it works very well.

Just one little problem, in /etc/lirc/lircrc:

Code:
config = /usr/bin/mpc previous

should be:

Code:
config = /usr/bin/mpc prev

It doesn't work otherwise.

You are right, nice catch
I have never noticed this glitch as I have just briefly tested RC and never really used it

Just installed 5.2 image from audiophonics site, worked great until I updated to moode to 5.3, now the remote is not working. Shame, I was hoping to avoid having to install the remote manually.

Hi Jempie

I did a fresh install of MoOde 6 a few days ago and used the tutorial - everything works as before!

Just updated moode 6.1, everything working except the menu button to change input, a minor problem.

I thought I would give MPD version 0.21.13 a try, unfortunately it does not work correctly with the display output, just flashes “audiophonics” on and off. Back to MPD 0.20.23 and it’s working fine. I don’t know if re-entering the display code would have helped?
