Working here from both menus.

Updated from 7.0.1 and no audio info. (rebooted to check but still no audio info)
System info reports...

Code:
cat: /proc/asound/card0/pcm0p/sub0/hw_params: No such file or directory

Audio plays fine.

(just a note that when checking for the update from the System tab the Update Date is reported as 2020-15-3.... Wink  )
How long should an inplace update from 7.0.1 to 7.1.

Just roughly....

How long should it take? 25 minutes-ish.
Ok, so I have one player running from a fresh installation, audio info is fine. I have another that did the in-place update, audio info is missing.
I do not recommend to execute update for RPi Zero. There is a compilation as a part of update and "make -j4" overloads the system.
