Has the forum software changed in the last week or so? The appearance has changed dramatically on my computer.

I'm running Linux Mint 19.3 Cinnamon, and using Firefox 92.0 64bit. The forum looks horrible, and is very difficult on the eyes when using it.

Here are a couple of screen shots:

I've seen this same effect on LInux Mint 20.1 and Chromium 94.0.4606.61. This started happening only recently. I haven't had time to trace the issue but it seems likely some CSS or JS isn't being executed.

If I open http://moodeaudio.org/forum/ the home page is likely to come up in the naked state. Reloading the home page doesn't seem to help but if I click on, say, "View Unread Posts" the result is loaded and rendered with full formatting. It's looking fine ATM as I type this response.

Just now tried opening the home page with Firefox 92.0.1 (64-bit).  Looks fine.

Maybe @Tim Curtis has some thoughts.

Regards,
Kent

It has been happening for a while now....occasionally a page will open like the screenshots and then will load fully and be fine.
Ubuntu and Firefox here so I think it is more the site loading when heavy traffic rather than any combination of OS/browser.
@TheOldPresbyope , @DRONE7 OK thanks for the quick response. I just updated to FF 92.0.1 and when I first opened the site, it appeared OK. Logged in and got the same text based page again. So I closed the browser, opened it again and cleared cache and data. I opened the site page again, and it was text based again... grrrr.. I opened this thread, and it is formatted fully again...

Ah well, see how it goes I guess LOL. Thanks for the replies guys.
My main computer is running Windows 10 (yes, Microsoft.... tut-tut-tut)... I've just tested the access and display format of the MoOde forum page(s) on five different browsers (all running the latest versions)... result: no problems encountered.
Seems to be working OK with Chromium Browser...
I have identified what I believe is the underlying cause of this and have communicated it to the "team".

Regards,
Kent
Thanks Kent.. I'm using Chromium to view the website now, but it's a dog of a browser..
It looks like some Browsers attempt to use https and the Forum is only capable of http at the present time. it can be modified to support https but we would need an experienced MyBB dev that understands the necessary modifications.
OK thanks Tim.

Not sure what happened, but it all appears normal today, using FF on Linux Mint.
