I would like to see some "eye candy" added.  Could a plugin, or added feature, display some nice graphical VU meters (or other eye candy)- maybe instead or, or alongside the artwork on the main display on the moOde web interface?  Maybe a popup window that can be sized/moved as desired?

It's just something that would look good in my system where I have the moOde display sitting on a screen in the middle of my system rack.

It's actually on the TODO list to investigate developing Web VU Meters but other tasks have higher priority at the moment.

Maybe a dev will become interested in looking into it :-) There is already an option in Audio Config to turn on ALSA Loopback which provides a copy of the PCM stream that can be read to generate the data for driving a VU Meter display object.

There is the user-contibuted Peppymeter.
Doesn't have official support but @fdealexa is active in assisting. :-)

Thanks.  Looks very nice, but I will have to read up on getting to work in a web page.
