Not sure that it is the same with your issue but I am just having the same experience where spotify does not see my device anymon. But then I recall that I recently try to use static IP instead of DHCP. Turn the setting back to DHCP solve the problem

Hi, i fixed my problem, the solution was very easy: using the static ip i have to set gateway and dns. I use the ip of the router as gateway and the ip of google (8.8.8.8) as dns. Thank for your help

I'm not able to repro.
It sounds like something on your network might be blocking the discovery protocols that Spotify and Airplay clients use to discover receivers. I have no idea what that might be though.

So...turns out the web payer was not seeing my moOde Spotify renderer. It was seeing it on my Spotify app on my phone. As soon as I selected it on my phone, the other renderers in my house also showed up.
So the issue may just be with the web player to identify local renderers on initial startup as it was also not showing my other renderers on my local network (Roku, my phone, etc.)
