Hai,
I raise the issue with OEM and they said that the problem is because of the latest kernel. They send me a link to downgrade the kernel to an older one and I went through it. After the downgrade it shows kernel version of 5.10.73-v8+. After which the player played for 1 song fully and then while playing the second song i feel some distortion in sound and which stopped playing with some noise sound. After restarting it shows "no boss2" error code. Is it possible to get the older Moode version 7.6.1 image for download? for one more try? If it is possible could do you please share the link to download the file?

Hi Akhil,
I am sure that it is not a software issue: as you can see in the attachments I tested my Boss2 for a while and I got no error at all with moode 9.0.1.
I have tryied from a scratch sd to be sure.
The requested release has been archived and than I copied it, from my personal storage, to this link in cloud.

Boss 2 works just fine with moode 9 on my end.
The company you bought your device from is giving you bogus information, and all this hacking and downgrading thats going on with your system is not supported in this Forum.
