RE: In place update to 9.3.6 failed - Tim Curtis - 06-08-2025 I pushed an updated script that should prevent the moode-player package install fail due to user deleted Default Playlist. It failed after the Kernel stage. After reading this thread, I used the manual updater. The fail script reported by @the_bertrum still happens, but after responding to the script, the update completed successfully. Update: The in-place update was not so successful. It completed fine, but the UI had no playlist, no audio source showing (just MoOde) and no clickable menu in the top left of the display. I tried restoring my most recent backup, but that did not help. I decided to reflash the SSD and apply my backup to that. |
