The error messages in MPD log suggest some sort of isolated issue with the file, network, or storage media, I could only find one reference to that error on MPD Git and the user that posted the issue closed it after another user was able play the url that he was having trouble with.

Hmmm, I think this is a littlebit above my league.
Network and storage media sounds not applicable to me (the mp3-files are stored locally on the usb disk and I tried two other USB disks too with the same results: NaDa.
Leaves the files itself.. any suggestion what to do about this? can I change or check them somehow?

Zip up some of the files and email me a download link. I'll be happy to test them with auto-shuffle.
