Tried a 4th time to go 6.3.0 on the RPi3B, same thing again. Hard to catch because: it doesn't happen each time, it pops up and vanish almost just after if one does not select it, it happens just before the UI starts. But as I know it and as it's not a welcome message I'm worried to see it when boot/reboot now and then. Hope it get fixed soon even if this has no effect on music playback.
