You can use CamillaDSP plus a multichannel audio device like Motu or Focusrite to implement a software crossover for active speakers. What kind of audio system do you have? RE: Pi 5 Support? - Luzanov - 03-25-2024 @Tim Curtis I'm going to make a kind of boombox or soundbar. One box speaker with a set of 3 way drivers RE: Pi 5 Support? - Luzanov - 03-25-2024 And I actually have a adau1701 dsp board. And I can make it with it. So that's why I'm thinking))) maybe it will be better to use rpi5, because I don't have any raspberry right now RE: Pi 5 Support? - Topman44 - 04-15-2024 Can moode 9 be installed on a M.2 PCIe NVMe Internal SSD. Or has it got to be on a Sd card ? RE: Pi 5 Support? - TheOldPresbyope - 04-15-2024 (04-15-2024, 05:54 PM)Topman44 Wrote: Can moode 9 be installed on a M.2 PCIe NVMe Internal SSD. Yes, but think twice about doing it. There's good reasons to keep the moOde system drive separately from the music drive (similar to the way all the NAS software I'm familiar with keeps the system drive separate from the storage drive/s). Based on the design of moOde as a packaged player, the moOde installation procedure assumes it can overwrite the entire system drive, repartitioning it in the process. This was fine in the days when uSD card capacities were mostly small. Not so good if you have a 512GB -2TB SSD with perhaps 2GB occupied by moOde system stuff and the rest by a gazillion music tracks.
