As you probably remember I have the problem of a big amount of radio stations that cannot be managed by the current utility (Max 75MB). I will appreciated it very much. Thank you very much, sorry for the disturb and best regards, Francesco RE: Upcoming moOde 7.1.0 release - TheOldPresbyope - 02-21-2021 @fdealexa Hi, Francesco: The new utility was written by @bitlab for the upcoming moOde 7.1.0 in which it replaces the existing Radio Manager. However it can be also be downloaded into previous moOde releases and used from the command line. I am writing a guide to doing this and will post it to the FAQ and Guides subforum later today so I can retire my cruder scripts I wrote about over a year ago. Good to know that we will have a new "Radio Manager". Either way, your utilities have been very useful and I am still using them. Sincerely (and a virtual kiss to Maryland) and thanks again, Francesco RE: Upcoming moOde 7.1.0 release - Tim Curtis - 02-22-2021 Hi, Here's updated WIP release notes. Code: ######################################################## RE: Upcoming moOde 7.1.0 release - gregvds - 03-01-2021 Hi Tim, Do you think you'll have the time to integrate the HiFiBerry DAC2 HD into the 7.1.0? The CamillaDSP integration is really exciting :-). Is it "only" to apply an existing particular filter inside the audio pipeline, or does it offer to record tests and design the filter? Anyway, even the first case is great, but then I have to find out how to make the first two steps :-). Thanks again Tim and the team, I just discovered a week ago the delights of this marvellous thing that is a Raspberry Pi with Moode Audio, and a Dac Hat :-). And the prospect of a 7.1.0 soon is truely great! RE: Upcoming moOde 7.1.0 release - officialsm - 03-02-2021 The release date is planned at the moment? RE: Upcoming moOde 7.1.0 release - metapy - 03-06-2021 No, there is never a planned release date. It is done when it is done and not a moment before. I've seen releases slip here because Tim got busy with life, found bugs, new features, etc. I personally LOVE the fact that each release is just as good as it can be BECAUSE there is no planned release date. It is more about releasing things when it works as well as it possibly can at the time here. Well after typing all that out, felt it was important to put my money where my mouth was and I put $10 in the beer fund. I challenge anyone else who can afford something extra to match me or beat me and show Tim some donation love. RE: Upcoming moOde 7.1.0 release - SoundAdikt - 03-09-2021 Full respect to Tim and the team. Well, first post of this thread states 'Ship date will be sometime in Q1' which, by my reckoning, is sometime within the next three weeks ... ;-) RE: Upcoming moOde 7.1.0 release - ynot1234567890 - 03-09-2021 For those who may have installed CamillaDSP the old fashioned way or once it's released in the 7.1.0 release, I have a few sample coefficient files available to try out the convolver filter should anyone be interested. They can be found here: https://github.com/ynot123/CamillaDSP-Cfgs-FIR-Examples I am currently running squeezelite on PI3 and found the sound a bit flat and was looking for a good DSP to help clean up the sound on my rather lower end equipment. Converted several good IRS wav files into FIR coefficient files and the sound is now wonderful. Enjoy. Yvon |
