No sound: Pi zero w with Hifiberry DAC+ zero - BriceL - 07-02-2019
Dear moOde Community,
I have some difficulties to get my system working. It seems that all my hardware is working but no sound is coming out of my DAC+.
The I2S devices i tried are Hifiberry DAC, Hifiberry DAC+ and the Hifiberry DAC Zero.

That system info log says your volume is set to 0; try setting it to 100 and see if that helps.

To troubleshoot, first establish that a default config using the On-board audio device works.
- Turn off Bluetooth, other renderers, MPD replay gain etc.
- Set I2S device to "None"

- Reboot
Then verify that a radio station plays and that there are nor errors displayed or printed in the moode log. Note that you don't actually have to actually connect the On-board Pi RCA output jack to your audio system for this test.

So I set the config to default by following your guide from GitHub to do the setup.
After that I played the stereo test and the radio with the volume turned on, but sadly it wont give out a sound...

Does the included Stereo Test file play?
If it does then just follow the Setup guide.

It included the Stereo Test file and the Radio play. No errors displayed.
I then set the system with the DAC up and could also play the File and radio but no sound coming out...

Very odd.
I don't have one of these DAC boards and so not able to try and reproduce your error but maybe another user that has this board can offer some help.
