Official Touchscreen selection problem - GlennG - 09-16-2019
I'm just trying Moode 6.2, Pi 3B+ and official 7" touchscreen.
The problem I have is in Tag view where I select a Genre in the Artists column I cannot tap on the top item. In remote web access there is no problem
In the screenshot I can only tap on B52s, not ! Various Artists

Edit: Just found I can't tap on the top item in Genre, or the top item Configure in the Menu either - only Appearance and below.

Very odd.
I'm not seeing that on my 7" Pi Touch. Maybe try clearing the LocaUI Browser cache in System Config. You may also want to get rid of the white scrollbars. The procedure for this is in the Build Recipe.

Thanks Tim for the quick reply. I've tried clearing cache, and also removed scrollbars - no difference. I cannot tap any item which is at the top of a list. In Tag view, trying to tap the top item often means I'm tapping the column header which then gives me the browser context menu. Is that normal behaviour? Any other ideas?

I've found the problem - the touch screen has a faulty horizontal band from about 5 to 20mm from the top. I'll have to send it back under waranty.
