No sound and error when trying to playback - jonthebeef - 02-27-2020 Yesterday, I tried to configure my new Dragonfly Red headphone DAC with Moode, but didn't get it to work. Then, switching back to my Hifiberry Digi+ Pro, tracks wouldn't play, and I got the following error: Code: MPD error Any idea on how to get my HAT and Moode working again? Bonus points if you have any ideas with the Dragonfly Red too. RE: No sound and error when trying to playback - Tim Curtis - 02-27-2020 Unplug USB DAC Verify Hifiberry device selected in Audio config Reboot Verify MPD config shows "I2S audio device" RE: No sound and error when trying to playback - jonthebeef - 02-27-2020 (02-27-2020, 12:57 PM)Tim Curtis Wrote: Unplug USB DAC That worked, thank you. Have you configured your MoOde specifically for a USB DAC (add UAC2 fix if necessary)? Is your RPi able to supply enough power for a USB DAC? (use a powered hub for USB devices instead...) |
