Good way to shutdown Moode RPi - Alaini93 - 09-08-2020
Hello,
I'd like to know if what I'm doing is right.
I shutdown Moode from the GUI, by click on the shutdown button, and then switch off the power supply.
is it the right way?
I'm using the latest Moode 6.7.1, RPi is in an enclosure with power supplies.

Yep, a clean shutdown is best.
It avoids any potential filesystem corruption which can happen if just yanking the power.

The "Add a Power Button to Your Raspberry Pi" how-to article seems to provide complete information, but my comment is not based on an actual test so you can only find out by testing it yourself. The parts cost is quite low and all damage you can do is to break the MoOde build...
