MPD Defaults - The Red Guy - 02-05-2021
Hello Everyone,
If I power on my Allo USBridge sig and boot into moOde
before turning on my DAC or if the DAC is set to coax, MPD changes the Output Device to "Pi HDMI 1" and enables the Volume mixer at zero volume. I then have to go into the settings and change it back.Not a huge problem I admit, but after manually changing the settings fifty or so times, I’m starting to wonder if it can be avoided.
So, is there a config file I can change to only have my DAC as a valid selection and for the default state of the volume mixer to be disabled?

For sure it's an annoyance for USB devices. I think what we want is to have is the Audio output and Mixer settings for USB device persist after being configured in MPD Config.
I'll take a look this week.
