UPDATED
So could not get this one working w/ Volumio, Was getting File not found when selecting music file.
loaded up the current version of Moode got it all configured
Now trying w/ Moode & when I have the DAC setup as Suptronics X400 and when I choose a radio station.. I get
"ailed to open "ALSA Default" (alsa); Failed to open ALSA device "_audioout": No such file or directory "
I get theThink this is just a problem DAC. Any suggestions before I just unload these DACs?

Try selecting HifiBerry DAC as the I2S audio device.

Do you mean "Named Device" under configure? if not, what do you mean by I2S audio device?
I tried HifiBerry DAC under named device with the same error
the suptronics support site say to try

3. Within the Audio section select the device you have (such as Pi-DAC+) and press SET
Pi-DAC+ isnt listed but IQaudio Pi-DAC+ is listed but it has the same issue.

Shouldn't be this hard right?
Tried multi RP3's and a RP4. None worked
Tried Volumio, Moode & Runadio. None worked
I got Geekworm to send another unit & tried all over again. None worked
Now trying multi different Named Devices under DAC for Moode. None worked
all get similar errors that device/file not found.

After selecting the X400 in the list do you see a message telling you to reboot?

Yes, I'm rebooting after every try, before I try, I go back to M->configure->audio & then check the named devices.
this time also going to the SDCARD to play the audio file test & it gets the same error as trying a radio station
