Music playback speed variation - Gab75 - 09-15-2022
Hi,
it would be very useful for me to have the ability to vary the speed of music playback (not for Internet Radio, just for local music files) directly from the UI.
Do you think this could be possible?

Do you mean like in podcast software where one can select (x1.1, x1.3, x2.0) and so on?

Yes, but not only to accelerate, also to decelerate (x0.9, x0.8, x0.7 and so on).

I don't think MPD supports varying the playback speed. There was a request for it in a really old Git issue though.
