8.3.1 (image install) hangs during configuration - Yawarakaimono - 04-19-2023
Yesterday I did the in-place update to 8.3.1,after that the Allo Boss 2 produced a noise-version of the music. That bug is described in another thread. I thought it probably was my own fault, decided to try a clean install. Soon after a first saved configuration option moode does not respond anymore.
I tried more clean installs. The behaviour is with all options, except the clock.
Sometimes a message is shortly visible, about a password that should be given for the Access Point.
Running Pi4 with Allo Boss 2, Ethernet.
Also running Pi3B with Allo Boss and Pi3B with HiFiBerry Digi+ Pro
(Did no tests on these)

The Boss 2 won't work 8.3.1 and higher releases because its driver is apparently broken in the new 6.1.y kernel branch used in these releases. https://moodeaudio.org/forum/showthread.php?tid=5517
