Yes, but…
There are many variations of the CM4, some with and some without eMMC memory. The uSD card interface works only on CM4s that don’t have eMMC. Not a big deal but can cause confusion if you’re not aware.
I have a 8GB CM4 with eMMC on an official RPi I/O board. Worked fine with moOde several versions back. I have the board doing something else at the moment so can’t swear the latest moOde boots and runs on it but I have no reason to think it might not. (I’m 2800 miles away from home this week. Otherwise, I’d do the test before replying.)

I run a CM4 setup with the devboard. SDcard or eMMC have both worked fine for me. Feel free to msg me for info.
