Upcoming moOde 8.3.6 release (Q3) - Tim Curtis - 08-27-2023

Here are WIP release notes for upcoming moOde 8.3.6 release (Q3)

This is mainly a bugfix release but it does include some minor improvements and a nice addition of comparison operators to Advanced search.

- UPD: Add comparison operators == and != to Library Advanced search
- UPD: Improve collection stats displayed in Library Tag/Album views

Bug fixes

- FIX: Toggle button auto-click not working on CamillaDSP Config
- FIX: Typo in Equalizers heading on Audio Config
- FIX: Rates not showing on Audio info for Multiroom sender
- FIX: In-place update overwriting BUFFERTIME in bluealsaaplay.conf
- FIX: In-place update not adding SBC XQ+ line in bluealsa.service

Latest WIP release notes.

Whats new:

- Tag/Album view can be searched by channels (2ch, 6ch, etc) or by "multichannel'
- Support for 1600 x 600 widescreen format
- Fix clipped metadata under cover art on 1280 x 400 widescreen
- Fix in-place update overwriting BUFFERTIME in bluealsaaplay.conf
- Fix in-place update not adding SBC XQ+ line in bluealsa.service
- Various WebUI refinements 

ETA: And a updated Soma FM - DEF CON Radio cover :-)

One thing - the upgrade always resets the Airplay to version 2 of Airplay and also resets the bit depth. Airplay 2 does not work with Itunes for Windows so I always have to adjust and reboot etc. Would it be possble to honour these preferences during the upgrade?
