moOde UI should scale nicely to the screen size.

AFAIK there is nothing that can be done within moOde to remove the Browser chrome when running it in a Browser on a PC, Mac or Linux desktop.
Apple IOS and Android offer "Save as Home screen" which strips off the Browser chrome.
