qobuz 'discover genres' error - phorize - 09-22-2024
When selecting 'discover genres' in the qobuz upnp media server and error is received: 'service login or communication failure'. Is this a known bug?

It's been a while but in case you haven't been following the upmpcli issues log (https://framagit.org/medoc92/upmpdcli/-/issues/131), J-F Dockes has recently developed a hack which appears to resolve this issue.
It consists of a new /usr/share/upmpdcli/cdplugins/qobuz/api/raw.py file. I have tried it on a moOde 9.1.2 player and I can now peruse Qobuz genres. You could download it yourself or wait for an updated upmpdcli package in a future release of moOde.
