Multiroom Sender: stream local audio input from an I2SADC - baschdl - 11-13-2024 I'm new to moodeaudio and would like to know if it is possible to stream the alsa input of an I2S ADC HAT (such as the HIFIBERRY DAC + ADC) attached to the sender to the multiroom clients. Usecase is the streaming of the record / monitor output of the living-room entertainment system for mutiroom turntable-listening. But maybe it ist not worth to try because of the latency. RE: Multiroom Sender: stream local audio input from an I2SADC - Tim Curtis - 11-13-2024 It's not possible because the Multiroom feature is designed to route audio only from MPD to the Sender. The DAC+ ADC routs audio from its Analog input to its DAC output completely bypassing MPD. |
