Does anyone know if it is possible to permanently dismiss the 'Info Welcome to moOde audio player' pop-up after seeing it a few times.

Not relevant here, but there is also a thread about BT under "Forum Rules" that had better be moved to support... ;-)

I believe it will go away once you have dismissed all the other "helper" screens. There is one on the play bar that tells you to click it to return to the playback view, and one over the cover art in playback view that tells you to click it to return to library view.
