NAS mount - Hiroyuki - 04-14-2018 Hi Tim and all, Just installed 4.1, great build it is. Build finished less than 1hr on my Rpi3. After installation, one step I got trapped was NAS mount. SCAN suggested my NAS (ODROIDXU4/ODROID) but I can't mount it. The log indicated the failure in the server name resolution. I changed it manually by adding '.local' and is now OK. My NAS is running on OpenMediaVault Linux based. Not sure if it is the cause of it. Hiroyuki RE: NAS mount - Tim Curtis - 04-14-2018 Depending on how a particular network resolves host names it may be necessary to either add .local or to replace the host name with ip address. -Tim |
