3B+ Network and USB fixes - Miss Sissy Princess - 12-12-2018 I'm using a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ and I've upgraded MoOde to 4.4. It's connected to a USB UAC2 DAC (Emotiva Stealth DC-1). With that in mind, I have a question about these two settings: USB (UAC2) fix Ethernet port fix Should I just go ahead and enable them? Is there any harm in enabling them? Thanks in advance. RE: 3B+ Network and USB fixes - yaslam - 12-12-2018 "Ethernet port fix" is a setting to avoid the thread problem below. http://moodeaudio.org/forum/showthread.php?tid=597 I do not know about "USB (UAC 2) fix"... RE: 3B+ Network and USB fixes - Tim Curtis - 12-12-2018 If you are not experiencing any audible glitches (clicks, pops, white noise, etc) during playback then I would leave the settings OFF RE: 3B+ Network and USB fixes - Miss Sissy Princess - 12-12-2018 (12-12-2018, 02:31 PM)Tim Curtis Wrote: If you are not experiencing any audible glitches (clicks, pops, white noise, etc) during playback then I would leave the settings OFF Tim, thank you very much for the quick and clear answer. |
