background color of Web UI - Hiroyuki - 12-15-2018
A simple question.
How can I make the background be pure black?
I tried some of the theme and alpha, but I don't think I can.

Hi,
For the main UI the settings below should work. I've attached blackbg.jpg which is a pure black 600x600 pixel image.
Theme: Standard
Alpha blend: 0.00
Image backdrop: blackbg.jpg
Adaptove coloring: No
Cover backdrop: No
[attachment=416]
Note that currently there are no settings for the backdrop on CoverView but if more requests come in for this I can add them.

I also had this request long time ago, but I solved it, just like Tim proposed, with a black jpeg file of 800x480, the size of the 7" display.
I remember at the beginning, if the picture was too big, that the 7" display wouldn't accept it, so I came up with the 800x480, which was also accepted by HDMI resolutions ;-)
Nowadays I do like the blurred cover backgrounds.
