Hello. New frustrated user. Installed as per instructions but no access via browser. Hunting for solutions.

Welcome on board.
Have you something, like a television, to connect to the HDMI? The last row of the boot messages report the IP Andress of the system.
An other way to discover the IP Andress is to use a specific program on a PC (for example: Advanced IP Scanner).
