SPDIF from PCM2704 - energyi - 01-30-2019 Anyway to tell if this board can do bit-perfect digital output? (TI PCM2704 processor http://www.ti.com/product/PCM2704) I don't know if the inexpensive board changes digital from usb to spdif. Looking at pulling the USB connector off (blue wire), wiring it directly to a pi-zero W thus having a tiny package; digital (red wire) or headphone (green) out Moode Audio driven system. Moode 4.4 works. Should come under $10 total. Pi Zero W's are $5 each at my local Microcenter. Can't seem to go into that store without coming out with one of those. Works on stations with higher signals, but is obviously downsampling. Thanks Tim. |
