Here's the draft release notes for upcoming moOde 8.3.9 bugfix release (Q1 2024).
The goal is to release this by end of February and then start preparing for the switch to Bookworm / Pi-5 development and testing. I'm not sure how long this will take but if the Buster to Bullseye transition was any indication then we are in for some challenges.
