Edit Reason: Correction to amixer cmd
)
I don't see anything suspicious in System info.
You might want to verify that ALSA volume is 100% buy Opening System config screen or alternatively running the cmd below. ALSA volume automatically gets set to 100% (0dB) when MPD volume is set to Software or Disabled.
amixer sget PCM

I can confirm ALSA Volume is set to 100%,so it's very odd. There might be some difference between 3.8.4 and 4.x.

Thats the on-board audio device on card 0. I haven't used a USB audio device in so long I keep forgetting that its going to be on card 1 and not card 0.
Try command below. If it returns "Invalid card number" then it indicates your USB DAC was not configured by Linux/ALSA.
amixer -c1 sget PCM
What DAC are u using?

3.8 and 4.2 are identical.
pi@moode:~ $ amixer -c1 sget PCM
Simple mixer control 'PCM',0
Capabilities: pvolume pswitch
Playback channels: Front Left - Front Right
Limits: Playback 0 - 63
Mono:
Front Left: Playback 63 [100%] [0.00dB] [on]
Front Right: Playback 63 [100%] [0.00dB] [on]
pi@moode:~ $
The DAC is Musiland monitor 09 plus.

Looks normal. ALSA indicates 0dB (100%) volume level therefore MPD would be outputting 100% volume when its Volume control is set to disabled.
There is nothing for me to troubleshoot here since all the indicators are normal.

‘In all versions I can't play high resolution files such as 96KHz or DSD files while other DAC works well.’
Today I update moodeaudio to 4.3.When playing high resolution files the information is below:
MPD error
Failed to open "ALSA default" [alsa]; Error opening ALSA device "hw:1,0"; snd_pcm_hw_params() failed: Broken pipe

It could be a hardware issue of some sort for example a bad USB cable or a faulty part in the DAC.
