Direct folder browsing without generating library

Hi. I have an archive of almost 6000 albums which is about 6.5TB. When i was using Daphile before switching to moOde, i was able to directly browse folders and play them without generating library. Is it possible to disable library generation and browse the folders like on Windows? Also, there are several reasons for why i want this. First of all, i don't want to put strain on my external 8TB HDD. Second, i've spend hundreds, maybe thousands of hours organizing and tagging every single album i have downloaded, so i know the exact location of which album\song is where in my archive, which makes library generating useless for me. 

So is it possible to disable library generation and directly browse files\folders on external HDDs?
