It is usually not necessary to force the SMB protocol version manually.
Instead, try just manually editing the share path either to add .local to the host name or to use its IP address instead. E.g,
MYCLOUDEX2ULTRA.local/Public
or
192.168.1.x/Public
(Replace “x” by the correct number).
