Troubleshooting system crashes usually involves swapping.
With your system as it current is configured try the following:
1. Swap to a different power supply
2. Try booting and configuring a fresh image without any 3rd party software installed
Also spray some electrical contact cleaner on all the mechanical connections for example the 40 pin header, power supply socket, etc.
