How to add custom streaming radio channels?

I don't see any options through the m <---menu.

You go to the library view, by clicking the image just below the "m", if you are on the NowPlaying view, for instance, then:
1. top-left, there is "Library", click on that
2. select "Radio"
3. top-left, click on the "+"
Now you are free to populate the details of your new radio station
