I was just brainstorming for the OP. Thought maybe CamillaDSP could work for his/her situation. Then I confirmed that it is not possible (see my edit).

Seen that. I still want to know what the OP's use case is.
For instance, maybe using a 2-in 4-out device instead of 2 stereo ones could help... let's see. There's a interesting thread on ASR about this, maybe later I could link it.
