For the most part the only useful logs for troubleshooting typical moOde issues are the MPD log, Moode startup log and sometimes syslog or dmesg.

I have same experience with SDCards being super reliable even under the extreme write loads that mine get during development. Sandisk Ultra class 10 cards :-)
