Does it occur on a fresh image with no 3rd party software installed or modifications to system files for example /boot/config.txt, etc?

Sorry I forgot to tell, yes it's a fresh installation and the only software installed are Lirc for the infrared remote and pydPiper/docker for the OLED display.

The system files have been modified just to config HDMI display, OLED and LIRC, and one power button with a led.

I've added this to /boot/config.txt:

I've been using this setup and same configuration since version 6, and even with 7.0 I haven't seen this error, just with 7.1.
