Solved: CamillaDSP shows as offline in the pipeline editor
#1
Probably something silly I haven't done, or done wrong, but I have upgraded to moOde 7.1 and wanted to experiment with CamillaDSP.

However, nothing seems to be happening.  In the pipeline editor, it shows as offline, and moving the Volume causes an error (500 Internal Server error) as per below

{image doesn't seem to work sorry}

More info. Maybe the error when moving the volume is a furphy. It went away when I turned CamillaDSP off, then back on again as a "Quick convolution filter", but still it says it is offline in the pipeline editor.

Also, when I did the above the system log shows

20210411 135119 worker: Job camilladsp
20210411 135159 worker: Job camilladsp

with no errors

What files are you using with CamillaDSP ? (link?) or have you only activated it and are wondering what it does ??  (The answer to that is ... nothing until you load DSP files....)
There are several threads and links for CamillaDSP on the forum...
These may get you started...

You ask the same question and fail to provide answers to requests for information that may help... Wink

Just trying to get CamillaDSP working so I can apply filters, and perhaps room eq.

I downloaded a fresh image and booted from that. It is all now working. Maybe the upgrade to 7.1 went wrong, but CamillaDSP is running as expected now from a fresh install.
