Since the following option was implemented in versions 8.2.xx: - UPD: Add 'noserverino' to SMB default mount options, it gives me an error when mounting my NAS (red cross). I have manually removed the 'noserverino' option and it still gives an error. I have a WD MyCloud Ex2 Ultra NAS.
I have tested all 8.2.xx versions released to date.
 
I had to go back to version 8.1.xx
Any solution? Thanks in advance

Turn on debug logging in System config, reboot and then post the startup log.

The log says the moOde player is running standalone in WiFi AP mode. With no connection to the LAN, there is no path to the NAS.

Yesterday after many tests, with several reboots, I could not mount my NAS. I did shutdown and turn off my raspberry pi.
This morning I connected moode again and surprisingly my NAS appeared mounted.
Continuing with the tests, I did a reboot to see the result and again the NAS appeared unmounted (red cross).
I have both logs (before and after reboot).
The difference I see is the following:

On first boot, run 'mount monitor started' option and add 'vers=3.1.1' parameter and all OK

After reboot, moode tries to mount the NAS, but without the parameter 'vers=3.1.1' and fails. Later don't try to mount NAS again after 'mount monitor started' option

Also I see: 20221030 041412 worker: Mount (OK Green tick) VS 20221030 043307 worker: Try (Fails Red Cross). That is, there are differences between the mount and try command.

It is usually not necessary to force the SMB protocol version manually.

Instead, try just manually editing the share path either to add .local to the host name or to use its IP address instead. E.g,

MYCLOUDEX2ULTRA.local/Public

or

192.168.1.x/Public

(Replace “x” by the correct number).
